This portal is where you come to get permits, request inspections, check progress on projects, review your property's history. In order to use the portal, you need to own and live in your home in Pueblo and have set up an online account with SOCOBD. Southern Colorado Building shares the login with
the Pueblo Means Business (PMB) portal so if you created an online account with PMB to submit a project, you may use that to login here and vice-versa.
